This plan applies only to modems supplied by BTC. Customers can bring defective modems to our business office in Nahunta for immediate exchange.
You can also request for one of our qualified professional technicians to make an on-site visit to your home. Be aware that if the trouble is not with BTC’s wiring or modem, a $50 service charge may apply. Customers without maintenance are responsible for the replacement of their modem if it is damaged.
