BTC makes connecting to the Internet easier by offering free equipment and installation for our customers.
EQUIPMENT
- To receive DSL by BTC, a DSL modem is required.
- DSL modems are FREE to customers with a signed 12-month service agreement for any DSL plan.
- Customers opt not to sign a service agreement and pay a one-time equipment charge of $100.00.
- There is no additional equipment for BTC HI Speed customers on fiber-to-the-home.
- A Network Interface Card (NIC) is also required in your computer.

- Self-installation is FREE and very simple for computer users with basic skills.
- Professional Installation by BTC - $75 with a 12-month contract. Includes free activation, termination to one computer, up to five filters as needed and an ethernet cable.
- Professional Installation by BTC does not include inside wiring, but BTC does offer those services for an additional fee.
- Networking multiple computers is the responsibility of the customer.
- Moving your service to a new location is considered a new installation. Charges may appy.
