NAHUNTA, GA (11-10-09) - After months of design, development and preparation, BTC would like to welcome you to the new BTConline.net. Aside from a completely updated look, the site offers many new features designed with our customers in mind.
Starting at the top, users will find a very convenient feature: SEARCH. Type in whatever you are looking for at BTConline.net, and this tool will provide you with a list of relevant pages within our site to help you find what you are looking for more quickly.
Below the "Search" button, there are three links to the most important services our site visitors use. At "Pay My Bill," you may pay for any of your BTC services, including DIRECTV. At "Order New Service," you may submit a service order directly to our customer care department and schedule one of our trained technicians to get you started. And at "Check eMail," log into your BTConline.net webmail account using your user name and password.
A yellow toolbar beneath those services shows News, Voice, Internet, Video, Wireless and "Contact Us."
NEWS: Watch local video highlights of Brantley County government, community events and varsity athletics. Read headlines from around the state and the nation. Learn about updates, improvements and any changes taking place at BTC. Even check the weather.
VOICE: Learn about BTC Voice services, including rate information. View the quality products that we feel are provided at fair prices. If you see something you like, call 912-462-5111 to speak with one of our friendly and professional customer care representatives or submit your order online.
