Please be aware that online bill payment for BTC Voice, Internet & Vision is not available during scheduled BTC system back-ups.  Typically, this is every Thursday morning from 1:00 am - 5:00 am and Fridays beginning at 11:30 pm until 5:00 am Saturday morning.  If you experience difficulty logging in during or around these times, please wait and try again later.  If you experience difficulty logging in any other time, please contact our Business Office.
